• Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
• Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient and Acute Rehab Unit (ARU)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/19/2026
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with possible weekend rotation
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours per Week: 40
• Guaranteed Hours: 32
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,810 – $1,940
• Employment Type: Travel healthcare job

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience in hospital-based outpatient therapy and/or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Experience documenting in Redoc is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Provide therapy coverage in hospital-based outpatient and ARU areas as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress notes
• Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional care
